• The basic quote is for a three hour consecutive block of time and includes three sets with two twenty minute breaks, unless otherwise requested.

• We can supply music during the breaks via client’s or our iPod/iPad, etc. through our sound system.

• We bring all of the sound and light equipment necessary for our performance and the venue would have to supply electricity (two dedicated 20 amp circuits) and a stage or dry, flat area roughly 16’ X 8’ for the trio and 20' X 8' for the Maybabies.

• The band will NOT assemble any equipment on grass or damp surfaces and the stage/band area must be completely under cover and safe from rain and excessive wind. A 50% deposit would be due upon signing a contract with you which we can discuss if you decide to book us.

• PLEASE NOTE THAT NO DATES ARE HELD UNTIL A DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED, AND THAT MUTLIPLE QUOTES FOR THE SAME DATE ARE REGULARLY GIVEN. 

• Please check out our Entertainment Service Agreement which outlines some questions you may have as well as extra charges that might be incurred by you so you know about them ahead of time. If you decide to book us you would have to initial and sign the form in the appropriate places.

• We have played a very wide variety of private events. When it comes to weddings, we’re known for being the band for people who want a band, but not a wedding band. We can introduce wedding parties and those types of things… We try to play to the demographic we observe at weddings but ultimately our playlist dictates our ability to please every single guest at your event.

      To execute a contract we would require the following information...

1. The name(s) of the parties responsible for the agreement

2. Current mailing address of 1.

3. Home or cell number of 1. or wherever they/you prefer to be reached

4. The hours the band is requested to play

5. The name, address and contact information for the venue

  The Jim Roberti Trio comes equipped with sound and lights. We set it up and run it ourselves.
